New Shape???

Tonight I tried on half the clothes in my closet. I couldn't find anything that didn't make me look noticeably pregnant. I mean I am, but what the heck???? I haven't really gained any weight yet. Could it be that the shape of my stomach is changing already?! Very strange feeling. Can I skip over the awkward bump stage and jump right in to the real looking one? Thanks :)
